The Naliyagan Festival is a province-wide festivity in Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur, coinciding with the province's Foundation Anniversary. Recognizing the Manobo people's loyalty to their tribal leader, Datu Lipus Makapandong, the weeklong celebration showcases indigenous culture through music, dance, native products, and ethnic games. Natives from far-flung places display skills in tribal dances and rituals, alongside a trade fair displaying the province's cottage industries.
