The Tanduyong Festival is an annual celebration held every April in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, known as the 'Onion Capital of the Philippines'. The festival celebrates the bountiful harvest of 'tanduyong', a local variety of onion, as well as garlic and other crops. It features vibrant street dancing with performers in colorful costumes, agricultural trade fairs, and activities honoring the hardworking local farmers.
