Manticao

Sugbongcogon is known for its quiet beaches, fishing communities, and coastal scenery along the Bohol Sea. The municipality also has rivers and inland areas where visitors can enjoy a slower countryside experience. Coconut farms, rice fields, and rolling hills shape much of the landscape.

Initao is known for the Initao-Libertad Protected Landscape and Seascape, a protected area covering forests, caves, coral reefs, seagrass beds, mangroves, and marine waters. The former Initao National Park is locally known as Lasang and offers a mix of forest and coastal scenery. Its protected natural areas make Initao one of the more important eco-tourism destinations along the coast.

Binuangan is a quiet coastal municipality known for fishing, farming, and views across Macajalar Bay. Its shoreline and nearby waters provide opportunities for boating and enjoying local coastal life. Inland areas are mostly agricultural, with low hills rising behind the coastal plain.

Opol is known for its long beachfront, water sports, seafood restaurants, and attractions such as the Crocodile and Ostrich Farm. Nahulugan Falls and Pusod Falls offer freshwater swimming and nature trips farther inland. Its location along Macajalar Bay provides wide coastal views and easy access to seaside activities.

Cagayan de Oro is famous for whitewater rafting along the Cagayan de Oro River, with rapids ranging from beginner-friendly sections to challenging runs. The city is also known as the "City of Golden Friendship" and is home to Museo de Oro, which preserves important cultural artifacts from Northern Mindanao. Its busy urban center sits between the river and surrounding hills, making it a convenient base for both city activities and outdoor adventures.
