Talisayan

Tagoloan is known for its large industrial zone and its important role as a center for manufacturing, agriculture, and trade. The town also has coastal areas along Macajalar Bay and river landscapes that provide a contrast to its industrial side. Its flat coastal plain is backed by fertile agricultural land and low hills.

Cagayan de Oro is famous for whitewater rafting along the Cagayan de Oro River, with rapids ranging from beginner-friendly sections to challenging runs. The city is also known as the "City of Golden Friendship" and is home to Museo de Oro, which preserves important cultural artifacts from Northern Mindanao. Its busy urban center sits between the river and surrounding hills, making it a convenient base for both city activities and outdoor adventures.

Balingasag is known for its coastal boulevard, beaches, waterfalls, and historic Immaculate Conception Church. Portabaga Falls and the town’s seaside areas are popular places for swimming and weekend trips. Its landscape combines fertile lowlands with hills and a long coastline along Balingasag Bay.

Kinoguitan is known for its coastal villages, fishing grounds, and peaceful beaches along the Bohol Sea. The municipality also has small islands and marine areas that are suitable for boating and local island trips. Coconut farms, rice fields, and low hills cover much of the inland landscape.

Initao is known for the Initao-Libertad Protected Landscape and Seascape, a protected area covering forests, caves, coral reefs, seagrass beds, mangroves, and marine waters. The former Initao National Park is locally known as Lasang and offers a mix of forest and coastal scenery. Its protected natural areas make Initao one of the more important eco-tourism destinations along the coast.
